A multi-disciplined mechatronics engineer provides solution options that others often cannot.  The knowledge of many unique processes and applications has significant advantages when engineering processes.  Most importantly, it often results in a solution no one else has yet envisioned!  Clients are able to obtain a sound solution and value for their application.

 

A mechatronics engineered solution can be as simple as a Poka Yoke jig.

It can also be a vision-guided robotic work cell... or anything in between.

 

Sometimes, the end goal is not to replace people but to improve their efficiency and safety in the manufacturing environment.  A hallmark of a good mechatronic solution is when a highly complex solution looks simple in the end.  Without mechatronics input, a complex solution will often have the appearance of a patchwork of components (frequently

mis-applied) instead of a refined, on-target solution.

 

We bring this difference to our clients not only visually but also functionally.  It helps ensure that the final outcomes are more reliable;  easier to operate; and frequently requires less maintenance.
